Ever since we got the grill we have turned into big steak eaters. Or rather, ever since we got the grill I have turned into the biggest steak eater. I always enjoyed eating steak but it was something I only ate when we went out because I didn't like preparing steak in a skillet. Now with the grill, Alex pours over the weekly grocery store ads in search of steak and then spends time studying recipes in his grill bible, Weber's Big Book of Grilling. The steaks are usually kept simple and seasoned with salt and pepper, but where we really experiment is with the steak sauce. This particular steak sauce is amazing. Sweet and tangy and really easy to make. If you are a fan of A1 sauce then you will definitely love this sauce since the flavors are similar.

This looks delicious! All the flavors I love thrown together into a sauce, YUM!
Looks good :) When you call for "steak sauce" do you mean a generic BBQ sauce, or a steak seasoning spice???
The 2 Tbsp of steak sauce is your favorite sauce. When we made it we used A1 since that's what we had on hand. I'm sure using something different, like a generic BBQ sauce, would be great for playing around with the recipe and creating different flavor combinations!
Yum! One of my sons loves A-1, he'd drink it if we'd let him. Nice to see a cheaper alternative! Thanks.
