Ever since we got the grill we have turned into big steak eaters. Or rather, ever since we got the grill
I have turned into the biggest steak eater. I always enjoyed eating steak but it was something I only ate when we went out because I didn't like preparing steak in a skillet. Now with the grill, Alex pours over the weekly grocery store ads in search of steak and then spends time studying recipes in his grill bible,
Weber's Big Book of Grilling. The steaks are usually kept simple and seasoned with salt and pepper, but where we really experiment is with the steak sauce. This particular steak sauce is amazing. Sweet and tangy and really easy to make. If you are a fan of A1 sauce then you will definitely love this sauce since the flavors are similar.
