Bananas and apples are the only fruits I like baked, so can I tell you how excited I was when I saw that Mary of The Food Librarian chose Classic Banana Bundt Cake for us TWDers to make this week?? Well, I was very excited! This was such a great recipe to jump start my TWD baking. The cake was truly delicious. It was such a moist and soft cake. I just love the subtle flavor of banana and the wholesomeness of this dessert. This will probably be my go to banana dessert because of how quickly and easily it comes together and because I like the consistency and texture of the cake better than I do of the bread.Thanks for a great selection Mary!
