TWD: World Peace Cookies

Have I told you lately how much I love baking cookies? No? Well, just in case, I love baking cookies. I love baking all kinds of cookies and the cookies chosen by Jessica of cookbookhabit are no exception. The hardest thing about these cookies was waiting around while they chilled in the fridge. Once done, they were a crispy chocolate delight. Alex described the cookie the best when he said they tasted like chocolate linzer cookies.

Thanks to Jessica for making this week's selection! Make sure to check out TWD to see how the other bakers did this week.

P.S. sorry this is so short. I have tendonitis in my right forearm :(

Your cookies looks great. Way to be a trooper by baking with tendonitis! I don't think anything would stop me from baking!

Feel better!
