Cute and Sneaky

One of my good friends, Nadi, makes little hair clips for girls. This is something relatively new for her, but when you see how gorgeous her hair clips are, you would think she's been doing this for as long as cute hair clips have been in existence. I would go as far to say that she invented these little clips of cuteness.

I had been obsessing over her Etsy shop for a long time now and had to figure out a way to convince Alex to let me buy some of the clips. Since Alex sometimes freaks out when we talk about having kids, I didn't want to freak him out anymore by buying our future kids stuff now. I figured that if I made it seem like they were for Perla (yes we are those people who dress up their dogs and put bows in their fur), he would never figure out that they were, in reality, for any future daughter we might have. Well, luck was on my side and Nadi made these adorable poodle hair clips. Bingo! I showed them to Alex and he loved them and said I could order them. I took advantage and order some of the other clips that caught my eye. As soon as I saw the clips my jaw dropped; they were so gorgeous and dainty and I couldn't resist taking pictures of the little clippies:

Thank you Nadi and Murals With Love for secretly helping me buy stuff for my future kids, er, I mean Perla!

Thank you so much for posting about my clippies! I have so much fun making them, and I'm glad that people like you get to enjoy them!

To any Confessions of a City Eater readers out there, mention you heard about me through this blog at my etsy store before buying, and I'll throw in 10% off your entire order!

Thanks again steph!
