I'm running behind. Seems like I'm always playing catch up these days. I made this bundt cake over the weekend. The cake was delicious but didn't taste like apple. That's purely my fault though because I used honey butter instead of apple butter and the honey completely overpowered the apples. Alex insisted the cake tasted of molasses but I think it tasted like all the goodness of fall spices.
