Here's a simple and delicious rub for grilling steaks. It comes together in a matter of minutes and the taste is bold in flavors. You get the spice from the mustard and the heat from the paprika.
Best Dry Rub

Yields enough rub for two- 2lb steaks
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp light brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
In a small bowl combine rub ingredients.
Press rub into desired steaks and spray or brush with olive oil.
Grill steaks over direct medium heat until desired doneness.
