Banana Smoothie

Banana PB Choc Smoothie
Have you even had a Peanut Butter Moo'd from Jamba Juice? That's my absolute favorite smoothie and I order it every time I go to Jamba Juice. This particular smoothie tastes very similar to Jamba Juice's if you add the chocolate syrup but it's not as thick and rich. It's a great alternative when you don't have the money to spend at Jamba Juice.

Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Source: Smoothie Recipes (here)

1 banana cut into chucks
3 tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of yogurt

Blend the banana with milk until bananas are well blended. Next mix the yogurt with the peanut butter together before blending them. Add them to the blender and blend till smooth, creamy texture is formed. If a sweeter taste is preferred, chocolate syrup may be added as well.

I think I had that once. When a choice of anything with banana is before me, I go for banana!
Try using frozen banana for the smoothie, it will be thicker. My 3 yo always asks for "a nanny drink". I throw in a scoop of protein powder sometimes. (chocolate of course.) ;)
